While these packages include conceptual design, they go one step further and provide the client with the necessary construction documents to ensure the vision comes to life the way it was intended.

Flythroughs

Whether as an addition to a project or as the sole deliverable, I can create a 3D flythrough of an existing or proposed project. This can be great for posterity, fundraising, marketing, or daydreaming.

Permit Drawings

Depending on your location and project, detailed drawings may be necessary to obtain a permit or to hire a contractor for installation. I can provide most drafting services and/or help you through the permit process; with a quick conversation, we can determine your best course of action!

DIY Planting Support

If those overgrown shrubs are still in front of your window or you are finally ready to clean up your garden beds but don't know where to start, I can help! We can create a simple but aesthetic plan that meets your budget or energy level and provides you with planting options and layout assistance.
